Refund policy

We currently do not offer refunds on any products.

However, we understand that sometimes products can be damaged during shipping. To ensure a smooth return process for such instances, we have a return policy in place for damaged items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • You must submit a video clearly showcasing the damage to the product.
  • The video must also include the unpacking process of the product, starting from the sealed packaging. This helps us ensure the damage was present upon arrival and not caused during unpacking.
  • We will not accept returns for damages identified after the product has been unpacked.

To initiate a return:

  1. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at scentedserenity1406@gmail.com.
  2. In your email, please include a detailed description of the damage and attach the video showcasing the damage and unpacking process.

Once we receive your email and video:

  • We will review your request and the video.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
  • Please note that we will not accept returns for products sent back without prior approval.

Additional Notes:

  • This policy applies only to damaged products. We cannot accept returns for other reasons such as change of mind or incorrect selection.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return request if the video evidence is unclear or inconclusive.
